PHYSICAL FITNESS Having a good healthy life and perfect body is what everyone wish to have. These can only be achieved by physical fitness. Maintaing a proper healthy diet and   being physically fit and strong can help to you to achieve success in life. Physical fitness is a state of health and wellbeing and more specifically the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper   nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest. Fitness is defined as the quality or state of being fit. A well rounded fitness programme improves a person in all aspects of fitness compared to practicing only one , such as only cardio/respiratory endurance or only weight training.
